Q. Do I need to be a New Zealand resident to participate?
A. No, Australian residents are also eligible if their purchase is made through an authorised New Zealand distributor.
Q. Can I redeem my bonus after 31 March?
A. Yes, As long as the initial purchase was made between 1 March and 31 March, customers may redeem thier prize at any time before COB 14 April 2021.
Q. How do I know who Fluke Australia authorised distributors are?
A. To see the full list simply head to https://www.fluke.com/en-au/where-to-buy or ask the store you are considering purchasing from. Some smaller brands and wholesalers fall underneath our listed distributors.
Q. How long will it take to receive my free item?
A. Please allow 6-8 weeks from the time of redeeming for delivery. Please note that impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic may extend this timeframe.
Q. If I purchase more than one eligible Fluke product can I receive multiple free rewards?
A. Yes, if you purchase more than one eligible Fluke product during the promotion period you may redeem multiple times. Please note that you will need to provide a proof of purchase receipt for each application. If you have purchased multiple eligible products on a single receipt, please complete redemptions up to the number of eligible products you have purchased and attach the same receipt to each. This will help to ensure you receive the correct number of rewards for your purchase.
Q. What is considered a “valid proof of purchase receipt”.
A. To be considered valid your attached receipt must detail the store where you made your purchase, the date you made your purchase, and the specific Fluke product you purchased. All orders must be paid in full at the time of redemption to be considered valid.
Q. Can I use a PO Box address?
A. We would prefer that you do not use a PO box address for your delivery address as it can cause issues in providing our customers with a proof of delivery. If you have no alternative delivery address please submit your redemption as normal with the PO box address and contact us at auinfo@fluke.com to arrange your delivery.
Q. Can I exchange the rewards from one eligible purchase with the rewards from another product?
A. No. The rewards for each eligible purchase are fixed as per the official NZTT promotion flyer.
Q. My purchase falls just outside the promotional period, is it still eligible?
A. No. Unfortunately, the promotion start and end dates are absolute, and any purchases made outside of this period are considered ineligible. Fluke Australia holds multiple promotions throughout the year, so please check if your purchase may fall under one of our other promotions.
