Biography

Michael Stuart has been an active contributor at Fluke for the last twenty years in the following areas: Voice of the Customer, Applications Development, Product Management, Product Marketing, Business Development, New Product Development, Training and Instruction, Sales Enablement, and Technology Research and Development. His functional areas within Fluke have included Electrical Products, Thermal Imaging Products, Acoustic Imaging, and Research & Innovation Engineering.

Michael takes a holistic approach to work because of all the roles and responsibilities, but our customer is at the core of everything he's done at Fluke. Michael has learned that if we are "customer-obsessed, "the ideas and opportunities will become apparent, and innovative, value-driven solutions will follow.

Published Works

In addition to dozens of articles for various industrial and commercial trade magazines, plus multiple conference presentations and papers, Michael has written two books. ‘Insulation Resistance Testing,’ and ‘Introduction to Thermography Principles.’ He’s also a recognized technical contributor to multiple books by other authors and editors.


Awards

In the Innovation space, Michael has won the Fortive Disruptor Innovation Award, a Fortive Gold Innovation Award, a Gold Danaher Innovation Award and two Bronze Danaher Innovation Awards. He has also been granted more than 45 US and foreign patents in 14 families, with many more patent-pending ideas.


Accomplishments

Above all his accomplishments, Michael is proud to see our customers excited and confident when using our products, especially those where he contributed to the development and introduction teams. That excitement from our users is contagious and makes the hard work worth it.
