Today’s high inflation and supply chain challenges stress the need for companies to achieve a lean production to stay competitive. Businesses invest in strategies to help drive automation, reduce carbon emissions, and most importantly reduce downtime to keep costs low.
In this seminar, we will share tips to help:
(1) To improve the efficiency of the system
(2) Accelerate troubleshooting practices to shorten service turnaround time
(3) Empower a productive workforce to be able to detect and diagnose problems before it becomes severe
At the end of the seminar, you will be able to apply useful condition-based maintenance solution to prevent material wastes, achieve smooth and safe operations and avoid unplanned downtime in your facilities.
There is an increasing number of countries promoting green initiatives such as generating renewable energies and driving energy efficiency strategies. Find out how to maintain key electrical infrastructures supporting the renewable energy plants and electrical charging stations. Learn how existing businesses or manufacturers improve energy efficiency to drive cost down.
Learn how Fluke cutting-edge technologies can be used to detect inefficiencies and malfunctions in equipment, leading to decreased energy consumption and emissions. Discover ways to implement sustainable practices and technologies in your business operations to improve resource efficiency, and ultimately increase competitiveness.
Equipment performance loss, availability loss, quality loss can all reduce the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Knowing what an asset needs and the level of urgency can deliver an effective maintenance plan. Gain knowledge on effective troubleshooting solution to help shorten service time, and modern condition-based solution to identify the types of machine failures.
