Q. Do I need to be a Singapore resident to participate?
A. Yes, this promotion is only available to Singapore residents who purchase from a local authorized Fluke distributor located in Singapore. Free Fluke tool redeemed during this promotion will only be sent to valid Singapore shipping address.
Q. Can I redeem my free item(s) after 31 December 2025?
A. Yes, as long as the initial purchase was made between the promotion days, customers may redeem their prize(s) at any time by end of day, 14 January 2026. Any applications received after 14 January 2026 will not be accepted.
Q. How do I know who Fluke Singapore authorized distributors are?

Q. If I made my purchase via the Fluke Singapore online store, do I need to redeem my free tool?
A. Yes, please use the redemption form on this page.
Q. How long will it take to receive my free item(s)?
A. Please allow 6-8 weeks from the time of redeeming for delivery.
Q. If I make more than one valid purchase in a valid value range can I receive multiple free rewards?
A. Yes, if you make multiple purchases each within a valid redemption value range during the promotional period you may redeem multiple times (once per valid receipt). Please note that you will need to provide a proof of purchase receipt for each redemption.
Q. Can I combine multiple purchases across different receipts during the promotional period to reach higher reward levels?
A. No, we accept only one receipt per redemption. Receipts cannot be combined to reach higher value level rewards.
Q. What is considered a “valid proof of purchase receipt”.
A. To be considered valid, your attached receipt must detail the store where you made your purchase, the date you made your purchase, and the specific Fluke product(s) you purchased. All orders must be paid in full at the time of redemption to be considered valid.
Q. Can I exchange the free Fluke tool for another tool in a similar price range?
A. No. The free tools for each qualifying tier are fixed and cannot be exchanged.
Q. My purchase falls just outside the promotional period, is it still eligible?
A. No. Unfortunately, the promotion start and end dates are fixed, and any purchases made outside of the promotion period are considered ineligible.
Q. Can I buy any Fluke Tools to be eligible for this promotion?
A. All Fluke Industrial and Fluke Networks products are eligible for this promotion. Not applicable to Fluke Calibration, Fluke Process Instruments, Fluke Reliability, or Fluke Biomedical products.
