Q. Will I receive any accreditation or formal qualification for completing a Fluke Professional Training course?

A. No, Fluke Professional Training courses are not accredited courses, and no formal qualification or accreditation will be earned for completing them. Participants will undertake a short test to check their understanding of the material presented and on successful completion of that test be given a ‘Statement of Attendance’.



Q. Do any of these courses contribute to my CPD score?

Yes, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points can be earnt by completing our courses.
In Tasmania, earn up to three (3), Consumer, Building and Occupational Services, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points on our courses.
In New South Wales, earn four (4) Fair Trading, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points on our courses.
We are working on adding more states soon.



Q. What do I need to bring with me to my course?

A. It is recommended that you bring a Windows 10 laptop to each workshop you attend. Please check the “More Info” section of your specific course for more details and to find out if there are any specific requirements.


Q. Are there any prerequisites for attending a Fluke Professional Training course?

A. Fluke Professional Training courses are designed for working industrial professionals. As such, the course content and trainer assume that all students attending the course will have at minimum a working level of knowledge including at least an understanding of industrial concepts relevant to a practical working environment. If you are a current working industrial professional, then you will be well equipped for the course material. Please check the “More Info” section of your specific course for any specific prerequisites.


Q. Do I need to own a Fluke tool to attend a Fluke Professional Training course?

A. No, Fluke Professional Training courses focus on both the theoretical knowledge of core industrial topics as well as related practical skills. These practical skills will be demonstrated using Fluke tools supplied on the day of training and there is no need to bring your own.



Q. How long is my course?

A. Please check the “More Info” section of your specific course to see the duration of your course.


Q. Is food provided during my course?

A. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea are provided during your course at no additional cost. If you have any specific dietary requirements, please contact auinfo@fluke.com prior to course commencement.


Q. My course does not specify the venue, when and how will I know where the course will take place?

A. The course venue will be finalised in the weeks leading up to the course commencement. Keep an eye out for an email with final course details including the venue as it gets closer to course commencement. If it is close to the course commencement date and you have not yet received an email, please contact auinfo@fluke.com.


Q. How do I know what will be covered in my course?

A. Please check the “What you will learn” section of your course for information on the topics your course will cover. For a more detailed breakdown, please see the “Curriculum Outline” section.


Q. I am already familiar with the topics covered in my course. Is there value in doing the course?

A. Yes, Fluke Professional Training courses combine the theoretical knowledge behind industrial concepts with practical hands-on demonstrations to give you access to industry-leading best practice techniques and the know-how to apply them upon course completion.



Q. I am no longer able to attend my booked course, what can I do?

A. A cancellation charge of 50% will be levied for any cancellation made up to one week before the training session commences. No refund will be provided for any cancellation made less than one week before the training session commences. Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to auinfo@fluke.com. A change of attendee is always welcome at no additional charge. Courses cannot be deferred.


Q. I am unable to attend any of the current course dates in my local region, will there be more courses in my area in the future?

A. Please check back again soon for more information on upcoming training sessions.



Q. What payment options are available for my course?

A. Payment via credit card or PayPal is preferred. We also accept payment via invoice. Please email auinfo@fluke.com to enquire about this option



Q. I would like to learn more about or purchase the tools demonstrated during my Fluke Professional Training course, where do I go?

A. You can find a wealth of information and resources for the Fluke tools featured during the Fluke Professional Training courses on our website at www.fluke.com.au. You can also contact a Fluke Product Specialist by completing the form here.

Attendance of this workshop does not confer any professional qualification or accreditation.

A minimum of 6 attendees is required in order for the training session to be held.

Please note the organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule and contents at any time without notification. The views expressed in the event are not necessarily those of Fluke Australia Pty Ltd.



Payment in full is required before the event. Delegates may be refused admission if payment in full is not received before the event. The registration fee includes lunch, refreshments, and training documentation/notes.



Any cancellation of registration must be made in writing to auinfo@fluke.com. A cancellation charge of 50% will be levied for any cancellation made up to one week before the event commences. We regret that there will be no refund for any cancellation made less than one week before the event commences. A substitute attendee is always welcome at no additional charge.
